Through the SC Arts Commission, I give poetry workshops in Abbeville County SC and in Richland County SC.

I performed at the USC Chapel for  the August 2009 Heroshima Memorial program, for the UU Fellowship of Columbia SC for a program on Islam and at a poetry reading for guests and residents of the Columbia Womens' Shelter. In NYC , I studied at the St. Mark's Poetry Project and performed on Pacifica Radio.
